This October and November, I invite you to five budget-friendly meditation classes designed to bring more calm, clarity, and resilience into daily life — while also supporting me on my path to becoming an Accredited Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher.
Research shows that regular meditation helps regulate and protect our bodies from stress (adrenaline and cortisol) while increasing levels of endorphins (happiness), dopamine (reward), and serotonin (lack of is linked to fatigue, insomnia, depression, and anxiety). And this is just the start of the many benefits.
