rt, guiding you step-by-step through nurturing tailored asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) mudras (hand seals), meditation, yoga nidra and spiritual yogic philosophy and more, while weaving in related scientific research demonstrating the enormous benefits of yoga if you are, or have been, going through cancer treatment (applicable to Yoga4Cancer). After your class I can almost guarantee you leave feeling more relaxed embodying that Yoga Bliss. These classes along with Gentle Yoga, Hatha, Yin, Slow Flows and Shakti* inspired Hatha Yoga are offered in small groups, online as well as one-on-one (packages available). I'm a certified yoga4cancer (Oncology yoga) teacher, who successfully manage my own long term side effects caused by cancer and its treatment. 🌿Inner Sanctuary- Coming Home to Stillness - This five-week meditation journey invites you to gently turn inward and explore a variety of meditation techniques and supportive practices in a nurturing, heart-centred space. Rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern understanding of the nervous system, we will explore the physiological, neurological and holistic benefits of meditation while cultivating simple practices for everyday life.

🌿Whether you are completely new to meditation or returning to your practice, this is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and come home to yourself.

✨A seasoned long term meditator; personally, my morning meditation practice is one of the sweetest parts of my day — a quiet turning inward into my own inner sanctuary. It brings a sense of calm, grounding and steadiness, gently shaping the lens through which I experience and interact with the rest of the day.

Completed my Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Training at Moksha Yoga at the end of 2025 🤍 and this weekend, a beautiful graduation to honour the journey.

After many years of personal practice, I felt called to deepen — and this experience was truly heart-expanding. A beautiful weaving of ancient wisdom, science, anatomy, and the subtle layers of body, mind, heart, and spirit.

Deep gratitude to Emma Palmer and the Moksha Yoga community. I couldn’t recommend it more for those feeling called to walk this path.

Meditation continues to be a gentle return… to presence, to stillness, to the heart. ✨

Climbing the sacred slopes of Arunachala Hill 🤍
A mountain said to be Shiva Himself.

Sri Ramana Maharshi meditated in caves here for decades — caves you can still pass along the track. His presence lingers, along with the devotion that formed Sri Ramanasramam at the base.

The path felt peaceful and easy to follow, with monkeys appearing along the way and quiet moments in between.

I walked barefoot for part of the climb, a simple way to feel more connected to the mountain.

We met a gentle sadhu, seemingly in mouna (silence), उपस्थित only through presence.

Tiruvannamalai continues to draw sadhus and devotees of Shiva, clothed in ochre, walking their path of devotion.

Starting at 4am this morning, we walked the sacred path around Arunachala.

This 14 km clockwise circumambulation is known as giripradakshina — a moving meditation. Some walk in silence, others softly chant Om Namah Shivaya, for the mountain itself is revered as Lord Shiva.

Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi was deeply attuned to the powerful presence of this mountain. He lived and meditated in its caves for over 25 years, and regularly walked this sacred path. Known as the Sage of Arunachala, he embodied a profound, heart-centered path of self-realisation.

As the walk came to an end, I remembered the simple, quiet desire I had held at the beginning… and realised it had gently, effortlessly come into being.

A soft reminder of the subtle power of intention, surrender, and grace. ♥️🙏
