A big part of our onboarding here at Queen Bee Disability Support is introducing our team members to the 'Fundamentals of Support Work'.

These 5 fundamentals are what our support workers each must work towards and and achieve, much like climbing a mountain, to reach their highest level of 'impact' (the summit). With each fundamental comes more experience and development as a support worker and widens their capacities and scope for providing dedicated, meaningful support.

These fundamentals provide a framework for even our most experienced support workers, that they can continue to refer to and build upon. We're committed to our craft and constantly looking to grow!
