At Shape Your Support and Queen Bee Disability Support, we’re incredibly lucky to have a team of passionate individuals who make a difference every day. While every team member plays an important role, each year we recognise two individuals—voted for by their peers—who truly go above and beyond in embodying our values and culture. This year’s Culture Creator Awards go to Jai and Sonya!

At Shape, Jai has been making an impact since day one, always willing to go the extra mile for his clients and his peers and never shying away from a tough situation. His positivity and passion for his work makes him a great team player and role model for others.

If you were to google "what does going above and beyond look like?" a picture of Sonya would most likely come up! At Queen Bee Sonya's dedication to her clients has been unwavering, no matter what curveballs were thrown her way. Her overwhelming kindness and graciousness reflects everything that Queen Bee stands for.

Wishing all of our clients and families a wonderful Christmas and New Years! The Queen Bee Disability Support Office will be closed from the end of business today until the 2nd of January. Thank you to everyone for another great year at Queen Bee Disability Support.
