TRICK OR TREAT 🎃

We had a spook-tacular time venturing the streets of Leopold last Friday night in search of all the candy 🍫🍭🍬 It was a great turn out with some amazingly scary and well thought out costumes 😈

A big congratulations to ZG support worker Kelly who took out the 'best dressed' award 🥇😱

PHILLIP ISLAND CAMP WEEKEND 🌊

Last weekend we were lucky enough to spend a wonderful weekend in Phillip Island making memories, building confidence & making new friendships 🫂

We stayed at the beautiful BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Phillip Island where we enjoyed time on the jumping pillow, games room, theatre room and basketball court 🏀

We also visited the famous Phillip Island Chocolate Factory 🍫 enjoyed a spectacular penguin parade thanks to Phillip Island Nature Parks 🐧 and got up close & personal with some beautiful animals at Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park 🐨🐶🦅

In amongst the fun, we focused on some skill building such as cooking dinner together, preparing our lunches, personal care tasks, and lots more! 🥪🛀

GARDEN CREW..... IT'S PAY DAY 💰

Last week our Garden Crew participants received payment for their work throughout Term 3 and you can see from the smiles on their faces.... They were absolutely over the moon. When we launched The Garden Crew just over 12 months ago, we made a promise to participants that they would be paid for their work as they are the ones providing such a fantastic service to our local community 💚

All of the money generated from sales (less GST & supplies like fuel and parts) is passed directly on to participants 💯

ANGLESEA CAMP WEEKEND 🌊⚓️

Last weekend a small group of us were lucky enough to head away to Anglesea for a beautiful weekend full of life long memories, making friends & building skills 💪

We had an absolute blast visiting some of our favourite destinations including the Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie 🍫 Airey's Inlet Lighthouse 🛳 Great Ocean Road Mini Golf ⛳️ and the beautiful Lorne 🏖 In amongst the fun we also learnt lots of valuable skills such as cooking meals together, team building exercises & getting ourselves ready in the mornings before our adventures 🍝🛀

KRIS & NUJ BOUGHT A CAFE ☕🥞

A huge shout out and congratulations to our lovely Kristen & Sanuj who recently took over as the new owners at the Surf Break Cafe Torquay. We are so proud of you both and cannot wait to come and try some of the delcious food and drinks on offer 😋

Serving some of the best coffee the region has to offer, acai bowls, smoothies, bubble tea and your favourite iced matcha..... Be sure to throw your support behind them as they enter this new chapter (FYI, don't worry, you'll still see their beautiful faces around Zero Gravity) 🩵

SPACE ADVENTURES MEETS VR 🦾🔫

Our SPACE Adventures crew have had an action packed term so far and were recently lucky enough to partake in a virtual reality session with our friends over at Neptune VR 🎮 There were laughs, cries and even a few screams as we got to experience everything from their dynamic extreme theme, all the way to the 360 degree aerospace theme..... That's right, we even went upside down 🤯
