Shout out to the absolute superstars at A CUT ABOVE family butcher without these guys our weekly and sometimes two a week bbqs, would not be possible.

They have been supporting our vision for a long time, back when our groups were small, to now when our groups are huge.

Without their support, it wouldn't have been possible to keep them going so consistently to get them to this point.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, they may only seem like sausages, but they are connection, meaning and purpose, when some people dont feel like they have any.

The only thing missing from this year's Mental Health Family Fun Day is a stage.

If you have or know of someone that would be able to sponsor us a truck or similar for the day, so that we can use it as a stage, please get in contact 🙏

We didnt have the bbq on Friday, we had this instead thanks to Jerom for donating his time and efforts 🥊❤️🥊❤️👌💪

Dont forget on the 29th bbq is back for another fantastic cooking class after our workout session and we also have Buddhist with Attitude coming in to give a talk 🗣

And on the 30th we have a self defence seminar with Complete Health Geelong at Black Dog Boxfit for a huge couple of days

We are very excited to announce that we have won a Regional Heros program sponsorship from the legends at on the Bellarine

This sponsorship is aimed at Sporting Clubs, Disability and Mental Health organisations, and community services in the regional areas

We are very grateful to be receiving this and it was very unexpected 🙏

We honestly cant wait to release our end of year outcomes, because we have blown last year out of the water and it couldnt have been done, without the help of local sponsorships ❤️

We have done more than 5 times the amount of free BBQs, than this same time last year.

We have been overwhelmed in responses to this year's event, and we are only volunteers that have limited time, but fear not!

If you have sent us an email regarding having a market stall, business stall, band, food truck or activity space, we will be getting back to you shortly.

You will not miss out!

We have the whole showgrounds to fill, which it is looking like we will do, which will make for an amazing day.

We have been busy to bring you an A list of lived experienced guest speakers, which has shaped up to be a huge line up

Exercise, Connection, Community and Mental Health Support is what we are all about and what a fantastic way to bring it all together ❤️

We had another brilliant weekend supporting a free self defence seminar ran by the legends at Black Dog Boxfit and Complete Health Geelong

As always, massive shoutout to A CUT ABOVE family butcher and Routley's Bakery for supplying us with the food to make this possible
