Meet Grace! Community Support Worker at All in One. Grace comes to All in One with extensive experience in customer service and has worked as a ndis planner for the last 3 years. Grace is also studying towards an accounting degree. Grace is naturally calm under pressure, highly motivated and has the proven ability to develop rapport quickly with people she works alongside, making her a welcome addition to our team. Outside of work Grace enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and enjoying great food. 🩷

Participant spotlight: We have been supporting Grace for over 4 months now and she continues to thrive. With tailored supports and a consistent team in place, Grace is meeting her goals and building capacity. Grace enjoys getting out in the community, cooking, attending programs and going on nature walks. Grace also works part time which enables her to build confidence and maximise independence. Grace always has a smile on her face and is an absolute pleasure to work alongside, we are grateful to be supporting her. 🩷
