Our office will be closed from Monday December 22 and re-open on Monday January 5, 2026. A friendly reminder, we will continue to provide supports as normal over the Christmas + New Years period. Our intake will remain open to new referrals, with same day allocation of supports. We continue to remain responsive, practical, and consistent while, ensuring we are delivering the highest standard of supports possible. Meet Luke! Community Support Worker at All in One. Luke comes to All in One with extensive experience having worked in the sector for over 10 years in leadership, management and community support roles. Luke specialises in working alongside young people and complex individuals to support them to achieve their goals and be the best versions of themselves. Luke brings confidence, professionalism and a wealth of knowledge to our team making him a welcomed addition. Outside of work Luke is a devoted father of 2, enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying fit, and loves to keep his lawns staying fresh. 💙

Participant spotlight: We have been supporting John for over 6 months now and he continues to go from strength to strength. With tailored supports and a consistent team around him, John continues to meet his goals and build his capacity. John enjoys going fishing, getting out in the community, attending programs and watching the Geelong Cats. John always has a smile on his face and enjoys trying new things. John is an absolute pleasure to work alongside, and we are grateful to be supporting him. 🩵🩷🩶

Participant spotlight: We have been providing tenancy support to Rebecca and Anthony over the last 3 months and supporting them in their search to find long term accommodation. After more than 50 applications and navigating a challenging rental market, we were able to successfully secure a new 3-bedroom home for them. Rebecca and Anthony have been amazing to work alongside; their patience, perseverance and commitment to achieving their goal is a real credit to them both. Today, a new chapter begins for this family, and we are humbled to have played a small role in their success. Congratulations on your new home! 🏠🩵🩷🩶

Meet Vicki! Community Support Worker at All in One. Vicki comes to All in One with extensive retail and customer service experience having worked in the space for the last 30 years and possesses many transferable skills. Vicki is very down to earth and has the natural ability to make meaningful connections instantly. Vicki has a strong passion for mental health and supporting people through providing tailored person-centered support. Outside of work Vicki is the canteen and functions manager at a local sporting club and has volunteered her time there for the last 27 years. She is also an avid Richmond Tigers supporter, enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, and enjoys watching reality TV in her downtime. 🩷
