This 6 week program has supported hundreds of teens to manage their anxiety and feel more calm and confident.

We focus on

✌🏻 Learning about anxiety & how it shows up for us

✌🏻 Trying out new techniques to reduce anxiety symptoms

✌🏻 Developing our own toolkit with take home resources

✌🏻 Having fun & making new connections

This is a small group program so there are very limited spaces available.

My dream to create a wellness hub dedicated to offering a range of holistic health services is finally coming to life 🌱

If there’s anything I’m certain of after 15+ years in the mental health and wellness space, it’s that there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to healing.
