You don’t need industry experience — we’ll teach you that.
An interest in health, recovery, and personal wellness (mental and physical) is important.

PREMIUM FLOATATION | Within a truly unique environment free from distractions, it's time for you to experience deep relaxation & recovery in one of our float pods. Our friendly staff will help optimise your private float session and afterwards you can enjoy the after float glow in our private post float Retreat Lounge.
SALT THERAPY | Salt therapy is a natural antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory. Salt therapy is a medically proven, natural therapy that involves inhaling dry salt, which cleanses both the airways and the skin to relieve congestion, inflammation and skin conditions.
VIBROSAUNA | Having a Vibrosaun session for 45 minutes at a higher temperature, is equivalent to a 4 km brisk walk or light jog. Vibrosaun is very different to a traditional sauna, in that unlike saunas, the combination of vibration and dry sauna heat increases your circulation. Just as you would normally achieve through exercise. The vibration alone without any heat, will help tone your body.
MEDITATION | Meditation and mindfulness made simple, easy and enjoyable.Relax, sleep better and discover the calm and clarity within — on one of our regular meditation and mindfulness sessions in our Salt Therapy rooms. At Mind. Body. Salt you will learn proven strategies for reducing stress and anxiety, settling an overactive or overwhelmed mind, and finding a sense of peace, whenever and wherever you are. Our limited small group session (max 10 people per session) provide an intimate environment for your path to meditation and mindfulness.
Mind Body Salt boasts four seperate, private float rooms. All rooms include tranquil monsoon showers & full towel service. Three of our private float rooms include “Float Pods” and the fourth float room is home to Victoria’s only private ‘Float Pool’.
The Salt Therapy arm of the studio includes two separate salt therapy rooms. The main salt room is our large adult room which houses 1.5 tonnes of salt on the floor, walls and ceiling, 10 large massage chairs & is only illuminated by pure Himalayan salt lamps. We also off our children's salt room that is designed to entertain the rug rats with toys, play spaces and also iPads.
Mind Body Salt also provides Vibrosauna in two seperate private rooms. Vibrosauna simulates the effect of exercise in a reclining position. It is a therapeutic dry sauna consisting of a padded vibrating bed and dry heat which circulates through the unit over and under the bed. Detox + Weight-loss + Massage.
We are open 7 days a week with over 20 FREE Parking spaces. The studio is located on Geelong’s iconic Ryrie and we hope to see you and your family at the studio soon.
