Thank you Pastoral Healthcare Network Australia for this beautiful shawl that you gave me when I was sitting in the grief of my Dad's passing (April, 2021).

HEART SENSE - EMBODYING CHANGE
Embodying Change is an experiential arts therapy workshop that will look at how to integrate and adapt to change, to practice living mindfully and not get stuck in personal struggle. The arts therapy process will guide you through steps to exploring a new sense of 'where am I now' and ' how do I feel moving forward now.' The focus will be about finding personal meaning within an ever changing experience.

PLEASE BRING: your personally preferred art materials (paper & crayons or paints or clay) for an experiential art exercise.

Michelle Buggy is an Art’s Therapist, MA Experiential and Creative Arts Therapy (MIECAT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), counsellor & psych-educator; trained in DBT, CBT & EMDR

She works as a Group facilitator, working within mental health & community groups for the past 20 years.
Her past 6 years has been focused on working with depression & anxiety in a Mental health setting.
She is currently working in a psychiatric hospital setting and is PACFA accredited.
