In my many years of life, I have learned that when we have completed our time on earth, we will go, no matter the struggle. No one can stop it. We have one life to live. The material things we invest in are left behind. Memories therefore, are important to me. And so, I'm going to start a "reunion of friends". The idea is to see who reads a post without a picture. If no one reads my post, this will be a very short experiment. But if you are reading this message, make a comment using a single word about how we met. After that copy this message on your wall and I will also leave you a word. Please, don't leave a word and then not bother doing the second thing. Let’s go. Friends are important. Yes, we're on again 1230pm, just get out of bed at 1130am and come along to Free Tai Chi - south east corner of geelong town hall bldg, gheringhap street. Yes, we know you didn't want to get out of bed this morning. Science shows that exercising only 10 minutes a week will improve your health and mobility.

We had 3 lovely people turn up, the sun was shining and it was really nice. The 2 ladies that came along said they had their lunch first the tai chi made them relax. Who knows we might see them again! I know, it's hard to park in the city. The gentleman that turns up is now quite a regular and he takes the bus in. Tai Chi provides fitness, relaxation, meditation and self defense. Balance is inherent in the forms-posture and hand/leg positions and come easily after you have learnt the forms.

Did you know that we are still giving FREE Tai Chi lessons on the southern side of the Town Hall opposite the landscaping works. You will see us clearly. There is a Wellways poster. It is only 30 minutes, so you will be so relaxed when you get back to work. No sweat, at all. Don't know what tai chi is about, come and play it with us and feel the Qi. TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 12:30 - 1:00PM
