YOU DONT NEED TO CALM DOWN, YOU NEED TO CLEAR WHATS FUELING YOUR REACTIONS
Anger or emotional reactivity is not the problem.
Your body has stored anger energy that never felt safe to move and instead blame stress, hormones, partners, kids, our body, life for our reactions.
And anger doesn't get repressed. It’s expressed — just sideways.
It shows up as anxiety. As snapping at the wrong person. As shutting down. As tight shoulders. As overthinking every conversation.
As exhaustion you can’t explain. Fatigue. Feeling on edge. Tension in the body. Inflammation. Every cell in your body feels its energy.
You’ve been told to calm down. To breathe. To communicate better. To manage your triggers.
But no one taught you how to clear what’s sitting in your body at the root. So it keeps recycling. Looping. Returning
New situations. Same reactions. Same environmental triggers. Same reactions. Boundaries violated. Same Reactions.
The reactions are your body signalling to you it needs help and safety.
