Welcome to the team Marcus!!!

Marcus is a skilled and highly motivated Remedial Massage Therapist who holds both a Diploma of Remedial Massage, and a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Victoria University. Having worked with many sporting clubs and gyms, he has gained extensive experience of treating a range of injuries with a strong focus on exercise prescription.
 
Marcus has noted that the most common problem he has treated is neck, shoulder and back tension. He finds this is generally coming from clients’ working habits, noting that current lifestyles and workplaces revolving around desk work or use of technology can result in additional postural stress. Marcus aims to help achieve the best outcome possible to relieve stress and tension with hands-on work, along with educating clients of the importance of strength work to keep themselves strong and mobile.
 
In Marcus’ spare time, he likes to go hiking and keep himself fit and strong by going to the gym.
