BACK IN CLINIC

Bit of deja vu here I know!

However, on Friday I’ll be back face-to-face with my wonderful clients once again. This was a little sooner than anticipated, but exciting all the same.

Great news though...I will continue to be available for Telehealth consultations for the foreseeable future and have opened up an extra consulting day on Wednesday’s to make this happen.

Looking forward to seeing you all again in the flesh very soon.

CHOCOLATE PANCAKES

I love pancakes 🥞

For these delicious ones you will need:

2 bananas
2 eggs
¾ cup almond or oat milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 serving chocolate protein powder (or alternative)
½ cup wholemeal self-raising flour

A little about me you may not know...

I went back to uni for the 3rd time at the beginning of this year 🤓

I couldn’t help myself and went back to Uni to study a post graduate diploma in Human Nutrition. It challenges me daily, but if we don’t have challenges in our life, how do we grow?

I love being able to further my knowledge and education in nutrition. Its an area that is constantly changing and evolving and it is so important to stay up to date with the latest research and practice in order to treat my patients effectively.

This year more than any other year, this question and conversation is so important.

We’ve been isolated from our friends, our family and our usual way of living looks nothing like it did in the past.

It’s all very well to say hang in there, but I know you have been. Know that it’s ok to not be ok.

Just make sure you reach out when you need a helping hand and don’t forget to check in with your love ones as well.
