Anzac Day. It’s a gift to be alive, living in a country that values life, integrity, compassion, kindness, friendship, collaboration and humor. May we continue to cherish these qualities so there is no need to fight for them. We celebrated & focused on these attributes through asana while the rain fell like soft snow, covering the garden in a coat of vibrant freshness. Thanks yogis for your attendance.

The joy of someone who has seen a project through to its end. The joy includes but does not come from the end product. The joy comes from having a go and the deaths of the parts within that are unable to see the project through. With these parts challenged and transcended the joy is just there. The metamorphosis can feel excruciating but it’s just the training ground for flight. Thanks to all the role models in my life who have had a go and thanks to Cla who had a go and continues to have a go in ways that blow me away. ❤️💜
