NDIS Update – We’re Here to Support You

You may have seen the recent announcement regarding upcoming changes to the NDIS. While this announcement has been made, many of the details are still unclear, and we understand that this uncertainty may be worrying for families.

Please know that we are closely following developments and are here to support any families who have questions or concerns about what these changes may mean for your child. If you would like to talk through your individual situation, our team is available.

We are also actively advocating on behalf of children and families. Next week, we have scheduled a meeting with Christine Couzens MP to discuss the importance of ensuring adequate, ongoing supports for children through these changes. If you'd like to share your thoughts we have a one question survey you are invited to participate in (link in comments).

We remain committed to working alongside government to prioritise children’s needs and access to services.

If you’re feeling uncertain or would like support, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

April is World Autism Understanding Month, a time to deepen our understanding, celebrate strengths, and create communities where Autistic children and young people feel truly seen and supported.

At Children’s Therapy Services, we’re proud to stand alongside Autistic individuals and their families, not just this month, but every day. Understanding grows when we listen to lived experience, learn from each other, and make space for every child to thrive in ways that feel right for them.
