Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, or ‘ACT’ is my favourite method.
It is a type of mindful psychotherapy that helps you to stay focused on the present moment and accept your feelings without fear or judgement.
It aims to help you to move forward through difficult emotions so you can put your energy into healing instead of attaching to the negative.
