Therapy isn’t just about talking, it’s about feeling heard, understood and supported as you are. 🌿
At Calm Minds Clinic, we believe in the transformative power of individual therapy - for children (from as young as 4 years old), teens, adults and beyond. Our goal is simple; to walk beside you as you navigate life’s challenges, build strength and find your calm in a world that often feels overwhelming. Whether you’re seeking help for anxiety, stress, life changes or emotional wellbeing, you deserve support that truly listens. Appointments are available in-person in Geelong or online via telehealth.
