My beautiful Paper Nautilus. I found this shell on the beach in Torquay, which is then made into a tealight candleholder for my healing room. This shell is actually an egg incubator. The female octopus makes it herself by spinning it out of her body, lays her eggs in it, and gets in it herself and floats about in the ocean. How intriguing.

The energy of these shells is very sheltering. The energy of industriousness and independence. It is home, nursery, and womb. The essence of the shell is fantastic if you wish to grow something — it protects you and allows you to develop, expand, and grow your idea, although it would be a time of pause and rest to develop the outcome you desire.

I recently created a beautiful essential oil blend for a client to help her feel positive and calm during a challenging time. She wanted something she could burn at home and also wear on her body.
