Ever had that feeling like you’re unraveling… but silently?
Burnout starts with a whisper.
It’s not the kind of burnout where you collapse.
It’s the kind where you still show up.
Still perform.
Still smile.
But inside — it’s getting harder to keep pretending you’re “fine.”

🌀 Your nervous system is whispering.
🔋 Your energy is evaporating.
🧠 Your brain is buzzing but foggy.

And deep down, you know:

This is not fixed by a bubble bath or pushing through.
This is the beginning of burnout — or maybe, it’s already here.

👀 Something gentle but powerful is coming…
A restorative escape to rescript the inner landscape.
A reset for your mind and body…
A place where therapy meets yoga, art, sound, space — and burnout finally meets recovery.

🧘‍♀️ Yin & Meditation 🧘‍♂️
Discover the power of Yin Yoga—a slow-paced, deeply healing practice that emphasizes the
principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to promote the flow of Qi (energy) throughout the
body. 🌿
In Yin yoga, we focus on the connective tissues (the yin tissues), which respond best to a
slow, steady load. That’s why we hold each pose longer, targeting the myofascial meridians to
balance the internal organs and body systems. 🌀
✨ Benefits of Yin & Meditation:
● Promote energy flow (Qi)
● Deeply stretch and strengthen connective tissues
● Enhance balance of internal organs and body systems
● Reduce stress and promote relaxation
This practice is suitable for all levels, whether you're new to yoga or an experienced
practitioner. 🌱
Join us and let the healing energy of Yin yoga transform your body and mind.

23/07/2025

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a therapy that helps your brain process stressful or overwhelming experiences — even the ones you might not realise are still affecting you.
While it’s often used for trauma, it’s also really effective for anxiety. EMDR can help you:
✔️ Feel less reactive to stressful triggers
✔️ Reduce overthinking and racing thoughts
✔️ Build a stronger sense of calm and safety in your body

If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed by past experiences or turning over worries again and again with anxiety, EMDR works with your nervous system to gently reprocess what’s underneath the experience impacting on daily function.

🌿 In Australia, you can work with a Mental Health Endorsed Occupational Therapist trained in EMDR (like Sara and Alanna) through a Mental Health Care plan - that means that Medicare rebates are available.

💬 Curious if it could help you? We’re happy to chat.

💡 Your Nervous System Is Not Broken — It's Protecting You
If you’ve ever felt like your body is in constant fight-or-flight mode, remember:
Your nervous system is not broken—it’s doing its job.
Trauma and stress can trigger heightened responses, but that doesn’t mean something’s wrong with you. Your body is just trying to protect you from danger.
Fight, flight, freeze, or fawn are normal survival responses

Your body heightens your senses to keep you safe

It’s about survival, not weakness

Reframe your trauma response with compassion and patience. Your body is doing what it’s designed to do—it just needs healing, not judgment.
Ready to find peace within your nervous system?
