Mother’s Day is just around the corner and it can be a very heavy day for many.

Some are grieving a mother they miss deeply.
Some are mothers grieving a child.
Some are navigating estrangement, heartbreak, infertility, miscarriage, or silent loss no one sees.
Some are simply trying to survive the ache that this day brings.

Please be gentle with yourself this week.
There is no right way to move through grief.

Todays visitor on my front door 🪳
Both myself and my two clients who was at the front door when we seen it, will have to take the messege for each of us ❤️❤️❤️
