What is a dance fitness class?

Dance fitness is a range of different styles of dance broken down into simple and easy steps to follow paired with your favourite songs from the 80s - now!

High calorie burning class with high and of course low intensity options to suit all fitness levels!

No dance background or experience required. This class is for those who love to have a boogie and are looking for the most enjoyable way to exercise!

I won’t be too mushy about it… but I love these women so much. I love the community that has been created at it was dream and something I’ve always wanted to be apart of in the fitness industry and why I became a personal trainer. Exercise isn’t a punishment. It isn’t just for ‘fit’ people. Everyone should be more supportive and have fun whilst exercising just like we do at me and these ladies have bonded since being at the studio and even more so during showcase. Smiles to be had even after I’m yelling.. 🫢 I love you girls can’t wait for more laughs and for more people to come and be apart of the amazing community we have built 😭🫶🏻🫶🏻
