🧣 Scarves off, swimsuits on 🌅 Suns barely up 🥶 One big, freezing splash! Screams, laughter, numb toes, and high-fives all around. You run in like a champ, run out like a popsicle - then sip something hot and feel weirdly amazing!!!!

Huge congratulations to Kate!
We are in awe of her completing the Wreck to Reef on Saturday, with a Personal Best, completing it 49 seconds faster than last year. It is a challenging 1.2km open water swim which she partook with some lovely clients of Geelong’s Third Space.
