Fishing was a huge success today 🎊
The carp kept coming and we kept reeling them in. Everyone caught at least 2 fish each with Derryn, Sam and Xody catching 3 each! And the fish were all whooping great carp, meaning we made a good dent in the Barwon Valley Park population, doing our bit helping the environment by riding the river of an introduced species that is a pest.

We even got a bag pipe demo from our own Jodie Steele who was part of the recording breaking performance put on at Fed Square on Wednesday as part of an AC/DC tribute!

What a day!

Phoebe used her reading skills to go through the self checkout, we stopped by to see the horses on the way home and give them a carrot.
Back at home Chef Jayden was supported to make spaghetti bolognese. He did a great job and everyone enjoyed the meal. After dinner he did some diamond art before bed.

Narnie and Xody went to one care to do their volunteer job and set up the table and back at hub and decided to make pizza for lunch. We purchased ingredients for making pizzas and to build more confident on asking for things- they needed from shop keepers and use self serve to pay. Narnie and Xody cook pizza for lunch with some guidance from support worker.

B2G Social Dinner at the Valley Inn..What a great night. Service was great, food was scrumptious, friends together laughing and talking. Nice to catch up.

Artvo in Docklands where we experienced incredible large scale optical illusions different themed rooms everyone got involved and had a blast taking photos..

We had a great day at fishing catching 6 fish in total! 🎣
The girls got to practice their reeling in to catch some dirty old carp.
Sam got to return a beautiful little Estuary Perch she caught to the water and Polly caught her first fish, a big whopper carp!

Echuca Day 6 last of our adventures as we head home tomorrow.. the day was spent exploring more of Echuca and swimming .. celebrating our last night

Day 5 Echuca Adventures we travelled to Shepparton visiting the 90 Coloured cows on display around the town then next stop visiting the Art Gallery seeing Elsewhere at Sam .. back home .. dinner at RSL in Moama …

Day 4 Echuca adventures this time off to the big strawberry for the morning then next stop cactus country Australia’s largest cactus garden… a little piece of Mexico on the Murray.. another stop at some silo art at Picola…

Day 3 Echuca adventures we headed to the PS Canberra to a ride up the Murray and back down even getting to steer the boat.. then back to the house for lunch .. next stop was twisted science they explored hands on science challenges they even got to eat a bug .. back to the house for a swim then dinner ..
