I create a sacred space and guide YOU, the seeker through the process allowing for senses of liberation, honouring grief and loss, freedom, releasing the past, embracing your future to ensure YOU are left feeling whole and complete.

Individualized rituals for life path transitions can be created upon request. These can be held in nature, in private space or a locale of your choosing. The ritual is a process that can be integrated in ongoing journeys or as a standalone.

As a child I watched with my brothers and sister. As an early 50+ year old woman, my acupuncturist (while I was in the throws of exploring my repressed anger during perimenopause) suggested I take up stick fighting.
While I am not one for combat; having never thrown a punch let alone a bi**ch slap - THIS however has been a game changer. I may envision a person, a life event or theme and simply let it rip! I have also (whilst listening to deep trance) have been known to play at fighting unseen ninjas engaging with my inner child.

With a new calendar year in flow and our first Full Moon in the emotional and watery sign of Cancer I have been surfing the peaks and lows of the potency of the energy. How have you been feeling in recent days? Are you in rhythm with the full moons?
Heart gratitude to Sabrina Lynn from Rewilding for Women who clarified what I had been intuiting over the lead up and within the energies of the emotional depths of this Cancer Full Moon. A full moon is all about culmination and completion, an opportunity to release. With the moon in Cancer, we are invited to be led by our intuition, to release the dense emotions from our bodies, gain clarity of what to release and walk away from so that we can deepen into knowing what lights us up so we can embody our soul purpose into action.
What spiritual practices light you up? For me working with crystal grids and spending time in nature particularly alongside and in the ocean lights me up. I am drawn to working with crystals in grid formation during peak times like full moons. It helps me anchor my energies and intentions for release. It signals to the universe an embodied practice of action that I am ready.
