Hello to Everyone ❤️

Ive been quiet on my socials this year but still very active in my actual life, and of course working in my business, supporting my clients with kinesiology and astrology.

I’ve had so many wonderful experiences this year. Some just for me. Some to integrate into how I support you.

Over the next few weeks I’ll be posting about my travels and experiences over the last year and my plans for the future.

I’ve thought a lot about social media, how I want to participate and connect. For now I’d like to stay personal. Speak in the first person. And share my realness.

This has been a big and wonderful year of change for me. I’ve been very active in seeking that change. And some of that change has been a natural process.

2024 brings the end of school life for my family. That’s 19 consecutive years and 52 individual years over the 4 Campbell children ! Just wow

It’s created a natural pivot point. Opening up my willingness to work in new ways, group work and teaching what I do.

I’m so keen to share these new offerings and changes with you!

It’s a couple of days since this energy peaked!
Time to reflect on how it showed up for you, how you responded to it.

The thing about our personal patterns is that they feel innate. Part of us.
Which of course they will remain to be, if we are passive.
Change requires effort, drive, doing something!

Apathy keeps stuck you stuck in your comfort zone, complaining and projecting. You have a story that it’s work, your parents, your children, your partner that need to change.

You step into your power when you really own your patterns.

This eclipse time frame, which is really 6 weeks, with multiple doorways, opportunities for endings and beginnings, is about how re RELATE.
Self versus Others
Who has the balance of power in your relationships?

Sun and North node in Aries marks the part of your chart and life that you put the “Action required” post-it note.
Chiron’s presence indicates the action will ultimately be healing. Chiron helps us out of our spiritual bypass.

The Full moon in Libra is marking the area where you will find a Libran emotionally driven pattern that is doing you bad!

Look for where you experience Limbic/ amygdala hijacking.
Where you have been re-routed out of logic and sensible responses into that cortisol/ adrenaline fueled fear/flight/fight/faun response, possibly your entire life.
This is where you need to actively shine the light of your awareness onto yourself as these processes happen so fast that we often miss the trigger, we are already in the pattern and we just don’t know it.

Eclipses are opportunities to level up. They provide a protected, closed environment to effect the change.

Time now to examine the variables and influences. Experiment in a controlled environment. Get something new to grow without outer world pressures. Do the work and care for whatever you are creating in this artificial environment. At the end of the eclipse season, it will be ready to be transplanted into your life.

A kind of personal post!

My healing practice has evolved in that time, how could it not.
Life changes us, right!
And working as a Kinesiologist has provided plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

I just want to acknowledge this little milestone.

10 Years is a long time in business.

I remember when I was starting out working, as I still do, from my property at Geham.
Before “socials” were even really a thing!

I wondered how I would attract a client base?
How would anyone even know I was here?

I was discussing this with a friend who said that just “being here” and “still being here in 10 years”, standing the test of time so to speak, would be how my business would establish and grow.

Wise words!

It is work that quite simply - I love.

I’m excited for the next 10 Years will bring!

Thank you to everyone who has supported my business over that time. My teachers and mentors. My clients and friends. All of the lovely word of mouth referrals that bought new people to my door.

I’m so grateful for these beautiful words. Each session is as varied, interesting and unique as the energy that each client brings. But there are some constants. These are the things I provide. I am a space holder. That is the key to my success. I am the constant, the anchor. I create resonance between my field and my clients. There is a blending. I work primarily with the mental and emotional fields. These fields are constantly feeding into the physical, creating your reality. I support you towards conscious awareness of what wants to be healed, and help you release whatever is preventing that, and it is in this space that healing and change happens.

The session- I was working with a young client (child). The general chit chat, primarily useful to building resonance with gentle communication at the start of the session, was already “in the healing hologram” . This communication is usually at right angles to the actual goal. But (more and more I’m experiencing) resonated perfectly with the blocks and goals that scanned up during the session using standard kinesiology muscle monitoring. We were “in sync” and bringing into the field, elements of information that were useful to the session outcomes, even “without conscious awareness” . So simply put there were open lines of communication in the energy field. Another way to say this was that the clients higher self and my own were “on-line”.
Other helpful energies were present and able to interact within the session. Before beginning the “integrated healing” protocol I initially acknowledged that a passed over family member was present and might surrogate for the client, through the client, and checked for the clients permission for this. Instead … they came through me ! I held space, and they worked with the clients energy field… very very high frequency! From my perspective the client went very deep within, their awareness no longer focused in the physical, but at a much higher soul level, as the blocks being cleared were from previous lives. Their body was limp, and moving involuntarily with the energy moving through it.
I experienced being “held by the energy”. Difficult to describe but a metaphor might be like being on a ride at the show ? Once it’s going you might feel a combination of discomfort, but also thrilling ! Certainly not “normal”. All your senses are being stimulated and challenged. My role was to hold space. Then, after ..a high!
Like floating and hopeful and wonderous. A sensation of BEING ALIVE (both verbs).
