HAPPY NEW YEAR! Abingdon Downs has been sold to Cunningham Cattle Company. On behalf of the Keough Family we wish them every success in this new venture. The Keough family would also like to thank everyone that has helped us through the good times and the bad and we hope to stay in touch with everyone. This FB will no longer be active at this time. Governess positions vacant - cattle stations

Governess/Teacher wanted for 2019

My partner and I managed a large cattle station called Abingdon Downs 100ks north of Georgetown with our two boys aged 8 & 5 that will be in grade 3&1 next year.. The boys go through Charters Towers School of Distance Education..
( Will need)
-Police check
-Blue card
-First aid certificate
-Will not have to go through in home care
-Drivers license and own transport would be an advantage
-The job will require teaching them school looking after the boys out of school hours & housekeeping.
Salary will be based on experience

Harry’s camp - bidori camp oven cooking, so yummy! 2 pork roasts, 1 lamb roast, 1 chicken and 1 rolled roast. Heaps of roast veggies. Fed 25 people!! Thanks Wayd, Cheyne and Ellys for the beautiful meal!
