So Toby has had his post-op x-ray done. The Vet says that the leg looks perfect and he's recovering slowly, but that's mainly because he's a lazy boy.

They have simply done an amazing job with him and have even provided some pain meds for this weekend for free.

Speaking of this weekend... We will be at the Viking Festival at Victor Harbour on Sunday! Please come and see us! Toby absolutely loves the attention at these events and he hasn't been all year so he needs the love.

On that note too, I am currently lazering his heads and tails coins and you can pick one up for free at the information desk! This does not comprehend how thankful I am to the people who have donated but I want to give something back as a sign of appreciation. Being a white dog though the tail side is a little hard to see and I tried to resolve that but can't seem to get it right but it is what it is. I will add some photos to this post of them.

Finally, as much as I would love to close this gofundme, we are still relying on donations and I will be upfront about it. We have borrowed about $2600 from people we know that must be paid back and this is what we need help with. It's one of those harsh realities that is being very much a thorn in our side. This is where your donations are going now.

Anyway, I will update again in a few weeks!

Hi all!
Toby is starting to walk normally with only a slight limp now. We're also walking him 2 times daily for 5min as per the vets request.

He gets the stitches out next week as well! He also had a small reaction, causing redness, from the slow release bandage. The cone may be taken off then too.

We want to encourage everyone to keep on donating to his cause.
We're in debt to a few people and they really need to be repaid back asap. It's still causing a heap on financial issues for us.

I will update again after his stitches come out and video him walking around :)

Hi Everyone! Tomorrow is the day for Toby's surgery.

Not going to lie but it has been a rough time for us but we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel with him and thank you again for the support. Although the surgery is going ahead, we still need to pay back people we borrowed money from and people's help.

Donating money towards his cause is great, but there is something else you can do that will cost nothing and will support us immensely. My partner is starting her first stream on Twitch for her gaming channel on Tuesday at 7pm ACST. You don't need to do anything except watch the stream and possibly share it with your friends. This helps us with being a part of the affiliate program and will eventually start generating advert income that'll help repay these loans.

I'm mentioning this here because the stream will also include a camera focused on Toby during his recovery. He has an enclosure setup that he will need to be in for 3 days, instructed by the vet.
