Adam has officially claimed the title of 8 Ball Champion after taking on staff and walking away with the win! 🎱🏆

What started as a friendly game quickly turned competitive… but Adam was clearly a few steps ahead. Shot after shot he showed us how it’s done, leaving staff wondering if they should start practising after hours. 😅

Safe to say, there were a few shocked faces around the table when Adam sank that final ball and sealed the victory!
We love seeing these moments of fun, laughs and a little healthy competition. Well played Adam — we’ll be waiting for the rematch… although staff might need some training first!

For the past two days, our Directors and Service Managers have swapped their desks for an off-site training room 💪

They’ve been diving back into Team Teach Safety Intervention training! Refreshing, refining and strengthening the skills that help keep our teams safe and confident when responding to unexpected situations in Disability Support.

In our world, no two days are ever the same. While we always hope for calm and predictable shifts, we also believe preparation is powerful. Investing in up-to-date safety intervention training means our leaders can better support our frontline staff with practical strategies, clear guidance and real-time coaching when it matters most.

It’s not just about ticking a compliance box.
It’s about:
✔️ Protecting the wellbeing of our staff
✔️ Ensuring safe, respectful responses for participants
✔️ Leading with confidence during high-pressure moments

There’s nothing better than getting on the tools and bringing an idea to life 🔨🪚

Adam and his key worker Kane absolutely love building and creating together, and this latest project is nothing short of amazing!

Adam has a real eye for design and detail, and his passion for making things shines through in every step of the process. This time, Adam and Kane dabbled in resin to create a stunning handmade lamp. It took plenty of patience, precision, and hard work, but the end result is truly spectacular.

We’re so proud of Adam’s creativity, dedication, and willingness to try something new. What an incredible achievement!

Great teamwork, great skills, and an even greater outcome. Well done, Adam and Kane!
