PASH Consultancy is coming to Geraldton to host its very first Inclusive Social Night for people living with disability, and we couldn’t be more excited! 🤩 This wonderful initiative creates more opportunities for connection, fun, and community in a supportive and inclusive environment. We highly encourage you to check it out!

We are being inundated with significantly obsolete and damaged technology as well as so many items not on our donations list from the general public.

As a reminder we are a REUSE organisation not a RECYCLER, Donations need to be CLEAN and REUSABLE 💚

We are excited to announce that fruit and vegetables 🍎🍊🍇🥕🥔 will be available for FREE across our branches and Mobile Foodbanks. 😍

This is the first time we have been able to provide FREE produce on a regular basis, in our 30-year history. 🙌🙌

We want to ensure that our customers have access to fruit and vegetables to support their families with a nutritious and healthy eating. 🤗💜

📌 As mentioned before, the handling fee for grocery items at our Perth Airport branch will change to $1.50 per kilo (a 25-cent increase).

WA Rent Relief Program - This is something to share with your network!

Every time we share it it gets shared by so many people and we trust it is reaching those who need to know about the support available.

The WA Rent Relief Program is an initiative being delivered in partnership by Anglicare WA and Vinnies WA, that aims to keep all Western Australians with private tenancies in their homes. The program is already underway and has supported over 350 households in need of assistance to remain in their homes. The program is available statewide!

What the Program offers:

A one-off payment for rent arrears and future rent, capped at $5000. Rent relief payment are made direct to the landlord if an agreement is made to continue the tenancy.

Support to negotiate the continuation of the lease agreement with the landlord.
Additional supports and advocacy for those in housing stress.

To qualify for the Program, private tenants must be:

- Living in WA
- Behind in their rent putting them at risk of eviction; and
- In rental stress

People can refer directly to the WA Rent Relief Program, by calling the Emergency Relief Food Access Service on 1800 979 777 between the hours of 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and select Option 3 to speak to the Rent Relief Triage Team.
