Join Judy every Monday and Thursday at 9.15am for Hatha Yoga, a slow, nurturing approach to traditional Hatha yoga, designed to move the body with care and awareness. Postures are simple, well supported and held comfortably, with plenty of time to transition, rest, and connect to the breath.
Breath awareness and moments of stillness are woven throughout to support calm, focus, and nervous
Join Meg every Monday at 5pm for a breath-led flow that builds strength, mobility, and presence, creative transitions and moments to pause and feel. Move with intention, soften the mind, and leave feeling balanced and energised.
Join Jo every Tuesday at 9.15am for Pilates, mat pilates is a controlled, low-impact strength practice that focuses on building deep core stability while improving posture, flexibility, and full-body awareness. Movements are precise and intentional, using your own body weight and the mat as resistance.
Join Dee every Tuesday at 5pm for a Neuro Flow, a nervous system first movement class.
We use slow strength, mobility, breath and rest to take your body out of stress mode and back into regulation so you feel calmer, clearer and stronger at the same time.
Join Jo every Wednesday at 5pm, Friday 9.15am and Sunday 4pm for a deep release, a calming, floor-based practice designed to release deep-seated tension in the body. Yin Yoga works into the fascia, joints, and hips while encouraging mindfulness and surrender. Expect long, supported holds and plenty of time to simply be and breathe
Join Heather every Thursday at 5pm for a Yang and Yin flow Strength Meets Stillness
Yang and Yin Flow offers a complete practice—invigorating sequences to awaken the body, followed by passive, floor-based postures that invite deep release. Expect mindful transitions, breath awareness, and space to slow down.
Join Judy every Saturday at 8.30am for Restorative yoga, a deeply nurturing, slow-paced practice designed to help you rest, reset, and replenish. Using supportive props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, and cushions, the body is fully held so there’s no effort, no stretching and no pushing, just comfort and ease.
