Did you know that how you sit on the toilet can make a big difference for your digestive and pelvic health?

Most toilets arenโ€™t designed for the bodyโ€™s natural anatomy. Sitting at a 90-degree angle can make it harder to fully empty your bowels, which can lead to straining, bloating, or pelvic floor issues.

โœจ The simple fix: use a small stool (sometimes called a โ€œtoilet footstoolโ€) to elevate your feet.

This adjusts your position to a squat-like posture, which:
โœ… Straightens the re**um for easier elimination
โœ… Reduces straining and pressure on your pelvic floor
โœ… Supports bowel health and comfort

Cl****al hoods, vaginal openings, and skin textures all vary too. These differences are healthy, natural, and part of what makes every body unique. ๐Ÿ’œ
