Your pelvic floor is a group of muscles that support your bladder, bowel, and uterus. It is a hammock like group of muscles which spans the floor of your pelvis.

When itโ€™s strong and coordinated, it helps with bladder and bowel control, posture, and even sexual function. When itโ€™s not, we can experience leakage of wee, wind or poo, get pain, or pressure.
The good news? You can retrain it. It's never too late or too old to work on muscles. ๐Ÿ’ช

The Mumโ€™s Wellbeing Expo 2025 is happening this Thursday, 6th November at the QEII Centre from 9:00 AM โ€“ 12:30 PM ๐Ÿ’•

Itโ€™s a free community event hosted by Desert Blue Connect, all about supporting mums and mums-to-be with health, wellbeing, parenting, and self-care. Thereโ€™ll be stalls, local services, activities for kids, and even a free morning tea and coffee van โ˜•โœจ

While we wonโ€™t be there on the day, we love seeing events like this that bring mums together and support wellbeing in our community. ๐Ÿ’›
