Dru Yoga Classes
Dru yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualization. Often described as like a fusion of Tai chi & Yoga, it is flowing , yet strong, easy to do and a great stretch. Classes are designed to be practiced by people of all abilities, fitness levels and age groups. No prior experience of yoga is necessary.
I was drawn to Dru Yoga for it’s accessibility for all abilities, connecting people and creating communities through movement and the re-connection of the mind and body as one. Dru is suitable for people with chronic disease, chronic pain and backpain, anxiety and depression and more and unlimited modifications that allow everyone to benefit from yoga.
