Railway Health Hub Community centre to host your event, workshop, or even one on one sessions. You are most welcomed in our central studio and come to journey with us.

The Railway Health Hub offers different types of Yoga, Meditation and Sound healing classes along with workshops for improving your well being. We offer complementary therapies like Coaching, Hypnotheray and Body work (massage, reiki, passive yoga). We are looking forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.

Double celebration! Tomorrow is International Women's Day AND our Hub's 5th anniversary! πŸŽ‰ Time truly flies when you're building community. From affordable workshops and classes to healing experiences, we've poured our hearts into creating a safe and supportive space. I couldn't wait to express my gratitude. To all the incredible teachers and facilitators who've shared their passion, to my cherished massage clients who've trusted me with their healing journeys (from pregnancy massages to hot stone bliss!), and to everyone who's simply enjoyed this beautiful space – THANK YOU. πŸ™

Mondays: Adaptable Yoga (Mat or Chair) - Perfect for all abilities and experience levels, including those with injuries or mobility concerns. This class includes asanas (postures) adapted for both mat and chair, plus breathwork (pranayamah) and meditation, reflecting the true philosophy of yoga.

Wednesdays 6.30am Sunrise yoga - Alignment & Attunement Yoga - A class focused on alignment, personal attunement, and mindful exploration of your body's capabilities. Discover your limitations, boundaries, and potential for expansion.
Enjoy chai tea and fresh baguettes together after class! β˜•πŸ₯–

Fridays: Chair Yoga - Adapted for all levels, this gentle yet effective class is a great way to improve flexibility and strength.

✨ Belated thanks to everyone who joined our mini retreat in January! ✨ We were so touched and blessed by the amazing energy, dedication, and warm feedback we received. It makes all the hard work worthwhile! ❀️
Many of you have been asking when the next retreat will be... and we're thrilled to announce we're planning to run one each term! It seemed like Saturday worked well for most, so we're leaning towards keeping that day.
We're currently looking at potential dates for our next retreat and will announce them soon. In the meantime, we'd love to hear your suggestions! Do you have any craft or theme ideas you'd like to explore? Let us know in the comments below! πŸ‘‡
