Railway Health Hub Community centre to host your event, workshop, or even one on one sessions. You are most welcomed in our central studio and come to journey with us.

The Railway Health Hub offers different types of Yoga, Meditation and Sound healing classes along with workshops for improving your well being. We offer complementary therapies like Coaching, Hypnotheray and Body work (massage, reiki, passive yoga). We are looking forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.

From affordable workshops and classes to healing experiences, we've poured our hearts into creating a safe and supportive space. I couldn't wait to express my gratitude. Mondays: Adaptable Yoga (Mat or Chair) - Perfect for all abilities and experience levels, including those with injuries or mobility concerns. This class includes asanas (postures) adapted for both mat and chair, plus breathwork (pranayamah) and meditation, reflecting the true philosophy of yoga.

Wednesdays 6.30am Sunrise yoga - Alignment & Attunement Yoga - A class focused on alignment, personal attunement, and mindful exploration of your body's capabilities. Discover your limitations, boundaries, and potential for expansion.
