Back to school tomorrow so needed to make something for school lunchboxes.

Do love making a biscuit - so quick to bake (12 minutes for these 👏👏).

Only baked half and have the rest rolled in the freezer ready to slice and bake at a later date.

Like most sweet baking I reduced the sugar content. They’re absolutely delicious - could get away with putting in less choc chips if you needed to (but if you don’t then why would you 🤪).

Anyone else do any lunchbox baking today? Any recommendations?

Saturday morning done right - slowly!!

At about 545am every morning I get a wet nose shoved into my face from my four legged old boy - waiting for his walk! Managed to delay him this morning until 645am, when the sad brown eyes eventually got to me!

Came back and decided to give the breakfast burrito a go, that I’ve been eying of all week! Café quality food delivers at home 😋 and much cheaper too!!

I’d add some more ‘kick’ to the sauce next time - perhaps some chilli or try smoked paprika. How good are the notes on Cookidoo®️ for capturing this so I don’t forget!!

I made a double batch of these steamed pork buns for our varoma cooking class in September and one batch never got used and has been sitting in my freezer since then!

They made the perfect dinner when I couldn't be bothered cooking and I couldn't be bothered getting take away. Less than 30 minutes steamed in the varoma, whilst I watched some TV, served with some soy and sriracha sauce combined. 😋😋😋

I would never have thought of putting grated potato, bit like a hash brown, on the bottom of a frittata. And that's the value of Cookidoo® - so much inspiration!!

These potato cup frittatas are DELICIOUS! Got to love something that you are happy to have for breakfast, lunch or dinner (& yes I've eaten them for all three meals over the last couple of days 🤣). They have white pepper in them and it gives them a real bite. White pepper has so much more kick/flavour to it than black pepper.

Next time I'll use my silicon mould or put cup cake liners in because they did stick a bit.

What's something you've tried lately that you've thought I would never have put that combination together?

Sunday morning brunch on this wet morning!

The marinated tomatoes in this dish are DELISH!! I didn’t deseed them - does anyone ever do that??

The addition of white wine vinegar to the avocado was a perfect flavour boost.

How good is egg boiler mode?? One of my favourite modes - next time I’d choose medium soft for this dish.

Yes this is a dish that could easily be done without Thermie but Cookidoo®️ continually gives me inspiration and having a blender that can boil eggs as well as kneed, steam, ferment, cook, slow cook + more makes a Thermie so worth while!

I honestly believe every kitchen is enhanced with a Thermomix in it. With Earn4 and lots of other payment options available now’s the time to get a TM7!

If you have a caravan/camper trailer the TM7 is a must! So compact and if you save your recipes to collections no need for wifi 😍
