Unfortunately we will not be accepting any new patient during December 2025 and January 2026 as some doctors are taking holidays and other are going on maternity leave...
Early in February 2026, two new doctors will join the team and they will accept new patients.

Congratulations to our own Dr Jessica Morgan. An invaluable part of our Team!

Congratulations Dr Jessica Morgan!

The Geraldton doctor has been named the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine WA Registrar of the Year for 2025.

Dr Jessica Morgan is a rural generalist and works between general practice and at the hospital's emergency department.

“I grew up in Geraldton and always wanted to return to live and work here,” Dr Morgan said.

“What I love most about rural practice is the variety and the chance to make a real difference."

Welcome our new Doctor, Alex Rowley, in our Clinical team at Midwest Aero Medical Services.

Dr Alex completed her medical training in the UK and moved to Australia in 2021 were she spent a year in Darwin working in the Emergency Department.

Initially drawn to Geraldton in 2022 by the laid-back lifestyle (and the freedom to swim in the sea without the threat of crocs!), she has grown to thoroughly enjoy being part of the community and has never looked back.

Alongside continuing practice in emergency medicine, Alex is excited to be joining in the team at Midwest Aero Medical as a GP registrar. She enjoys seeing patients with a wide range of conditions and has a particular passion for holistic, patient-centred, care.

In her free time, Alex enjoys spending time with her husband and loves to go camping with their dog Benji. She also spends time volunteering for Geraldton Dog Rescue and getting creative in her sewing room

Dr Alex accepts new patients and works on Monday, Thursday afternoon and Friday.

Since the 1st July 2025, Medicare has change the GP Care Plan to a new GP Chronic Condition Management Plan(GPCCMP). With those new GPCCMP, you will still get referrals for Allied Health visits and Specialists and the reviews can be done every 3 months.
These GPCCMP are strongly attached to the practice where patients are registered with MyMedicare.

With this in mind, Midwest Aero Medical is asking its patients to register with MyMedicare if they require a GPCCMP. Our receptionists will ask you to complete the registration form or you can do it online via your Medicare Online Account or Express Plus Medicare Mobile app. (We are located in Beresford not Geraldton.)
