You know you have to move on to a new stage of your life but are resisting the move because of what those changes will mean.

Letting go doesn’t happen in the mind, you have to work with it energetically to create the shift. The release has to be felt. And Grief could come up around what you are leaving behind.

Grief brings us awake to what was or is present, there is resistance to feel the emotions however we are asked to bring in a new structure so that we learn from the experience and share the wisdom gained.

This is a process not a destination and it takes time.

Anxiety and Uncertainty are the flavour of today

Has last week and this week been a bit rough for you? Perhaps things are coming to a head for you to finally really deal with?

Is it a project that you’ve been working on yet something is stopping you complete it? Or you know you are moving on to a new stage in your life but are resisting the move because of what those changes will mean. Any reaction to what's happening in your life is telling you it is something to look at.

Clients today have expressed both of these emotions and I too am not immuned to this energy. In the last month I have had times of extreme anxiety, however to stop myself going into overwhelm, all I can do is deal with what’s in front of me right now, in this moment, keeping things real, practical and focus on taking the action I can.
