Our Geraldton-based Team hosted the final Mid West Chamber of Commerce and Industry- MWCCI Business After Hours of 2025 on Wednesday last week and also celebrated the acquisition of 5 brand new CAT graders 150 from the team at WesTrac Cat .

With a pipeline of projects full, now is an excellent time to join our crew of skilled operators. We have only modern and well maintained equipment that is a pleasure to operate. And we are always safety focused.

Thanks to Premium Surveys for this drone shot of our aerodrome construction project in the Goldfields a couple of weeks ago.

Premium Surveys help us make sure our projects are built accurately, avoid rework, and keep everything aligned with the project requirements.

They do this by:
✅ Checking balance heights — confirming the ground levels are correct and match the design plans.

✅ Creating heat maps for cut-to-fill areas — showing where soil needs to be removed (cut) or added (fill), especially around drainage areas.

This week we celebrated Taj's 18th birthday 🎁
In a couple of weeks, Taj will have completed his 1st year of heavy diesel mechanic apprenticeship with RDH.
We are excited to see his skills grow and are looking forward to supporting and developing this young man even further as he starts his second year of learning 🙌

👷👷‍♂️ Starting the day on site with a Pre-Start meeting.

⚠️Task allocations, weather update, review of any incidents from previous day, discussion around a Health and Safety toolbox topic. This is what the meeting is all about as well as gathering as a team before heading off to work.
