Last week Maddy had the pleasure of speaking at the Neu-Friends support group run by the Neurological Council of Western Australia.

She discussed long-term lifestyle management and the importance of exercise, then got everyone up and moving with some fun blaze pod competitions. The coordinator said it was the most engaged she’d ever seen the group — amazing what a bit of movement can do!
