Pure Sukha Hot Yoga has been a welcoming yoga space in Geraldton since 2012. Led by passionate instructor Aneak Cannon, our classes are rooted in Vinyasa Flow, with elements of Hatha and Restorative woven in to support all levels of practice. Aneak focuses on alignment, strong foundations, and helping you unlock those trickier poses—with encouragement, guidance, and a warm, uplifting vibe in every session. Whether you're here to strengthen, stretch, or simply reset, you'll leave feeling empowered and supported.

About Us

Practiced in a room heated to approximately 30-32 degree C. Our Creative Flow classes focus on modern yoga alignment principles with progressive asana. Classes can include intermediate and advanced poses but lower options are given throughout class. Our classes will help you deepen your understanding of alignment fundamentals whilst challenging yourself to expand your practice. Hot Yoga regulates all the body's systems to function more effectively, all inner glands, organs, ligaments and muscles will benefit. It can help to relieve stress, increase vitality and enhance general well-being. The heated environment also promotes sweating which helps to eliminate impurities and toxins throughout the body.
