I have been super quite on social media lately as my life has got in the way (😂). Sick in hospital in November, end of school, school holidays, Christmas, holiday in the caravan, Back to school....
But i have been ticking along with a few orders. I will post some photos in the coming days of what i have been working on. But for now here are some photos of our holidays in the wonderful Monkey Mia.

Thank you to everyone who gave me their opinions on the design of the back of my kindness cards. There were three front runners but I ended up going with the the solid heart option.

I just ❤️ the rose gold foil detail on the cards. Look at that shiny sparkle.

I found this an interesting article. I do agree with most of the article, just not the headline 🤔. I believe we need to understand our emotions not brushing them away. But we need to deal with them in a positive way.

It sounds paradoxical, but accepting our negative emotions will actually make us happier in the long run. Psychologist Susan David explains how.

Yesterday the girls and I delivered some home grown veggies and herbs to our neighbours.

We had great fun pulling out the carrots, collecting them up, washing and cutting off the stems, bundling them up, knocking on people’s and handing them out, talking to new people.

We each had our jobs and worked together as a team. It was great to see the girls learn new skills. My six year old was using a “grown up” knife to cut the stems and my four year old was super brave and knocked on doors. She was so funny 🤣

🌱My favourite wildflower!! The perfume is so sweet. This isn’t the best photo but I took it with my iPhone in the wind and I had just made my husband stop the car and caravan on the side of the road just so I could take a photo 😂 I have a very patient husband. Sometimes!

🌱It is so amazing that something so delicate can emerge from such a harsh environment. It shows that no matter how hard life gets we can all come out the other side and be brighter from the experience.

🌱Get out and explore this great State of ours.

🌱Stop and smell the flowers. Take the time to appreciate.

I’m not one for sharing too much family stuff, even on my personal pages, but we are currently on holidays taking the kids to enjoy this great State of Western Australia. The Shark Bay and Ningaloo World Heritage Areas. We are truly blessed to have these at our door step. It’s great getting the kids into nature and learning to appreciate the land we have borrowed.

At times though I haven’t been the parent I want to be. 😢
Camping and traveling with kids can be stressful and overwhelming, for everyone. But I remain happy as I know the big picture we are committed to creating special memories for our family and getting the kids to appreciate nature and learn new experiences.

Time for me to meditate!
