A Human Being is a reflective mindfulness journal inspired by Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and the embodied philosophy of Life in Rhythm. Designed to gently reconnect you with your body, breath, inner wisdom, and the natural world, this journal offers a simple yet profound daily practice of pausing, noticing, and being.
Across four themed weeks; Arriving in the Body, Meeting the Natural World, Compassion & Connection, and Integration & Inner Wisdom you will be guided through grounding rituals, sensory awareness, emotional check‑ins, and gratitude reflections. Each day invites you to slow down, soften, and meet your experience with curiosity and kindness.
