What is changing?
We are changing from hard plastic Webster packs to medication sachets.

Your medicines, doses, and times stay exactly the same. Only the packaging is changing.

What are sachets?
Sachets are small, soft packets.
Each sachet contains one dose only and is clearly labelled with the day and time it should be taken.

The sachets are supplied joined together to help you stay on track.

Why are we changing to sachets?
•Easier to open than hard plastic packs
•Lighter and easier to carry
•Less bulky to store at home
•Clear labelling for each dose
•Often better for sore or weak hands

Things to be aware of:
•You won’t see the whole week at once like a Webster pack
•It is important to keep sachets together and in order
•Take only the next sachet when it is time
