👨‍⚕️ Welcome to Panaceum Medical, Dr. Mindaka Dissanayake! 👋

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Dissanayake to the Panaceum Medical team.

Dr. Dissanayake graduated from Kursk State Medical University, Russia in 2013 and obtained his MRCGP (INT) qualification from the UK in 2025. With more than 10 years of diverse clinical experience, he has worked across General Practice, Paediatrics, General Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Emergency Medicine, Rural Health, and Medical Administration in Sri Lanka.

After moving to Australia in 2025, Dr. Dissanayake worked at St John of God Public and Private Hospitals in Midland, Perth, before joining the Panaceum Group in April 2026.

Dr. Dissanayake is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-focused care and brings a broad range of experience to support the health needs of our community.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys travelling and exploring new places, as well as spending quality time with his family.

Panaceum Medical is delighted to introduce our newest GP, Dr. Ethyl Golosinda.

Dr. Golosinda completed her medical degree at De La Salle Health Sciences Institute in 2017 and went on to specialise in Family Medicine, completing her residency at Las Piñas General Hospital and Satellite Trauma Center in 2023. She was awarded Diplomate status by the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians in 2024.

With a strong passion for patient-centred, family-focused, and community-oriented care, Dr. Golosinda is dedicated to supporting her patients across all aspects of general practice. She has a particular interest in preventive medicine and holistic health, helping patients stay well at every stage of life.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Golosinda enjoys spending time with her family and her golden retriever 🐶, as well as cooking, reading, watching dramas, cycling, and travelling.
