Our community is now in the Watch and Act zone as Cyclone Narelle approaches.

At this stage, Midwest Panaceum clinics and the Geraldton Medicare Urgent Care Clinic are preparing to close in line with emergency services advice to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

Please be reassured - the Medicare Urgent Care Clinic will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so, and we are ready to support the community when that time comes.

We encourage everyone to follow advice from emergency services, stay informed, and take all necessary precautions.

🌀 Cyclone Narelle Update – Panaceum Clinics

With Cyclone Narelle currently expected to approach on Friday into Saturday, Panaceum clinics (including the Medicare Urgent Care Clinic) are expecting to provide normal services Friday and will close in line with advice from emergency authorities (DFES and local services).

Once the all-clear is given, we will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.

⚡ If there is an ongoing power outage, the Geraldton Medicare Urgent Care Clinic plans to operate from the main Panaceum clinic at 233 Lester Avenue (generator-supported) to continue providing care to the Mid West community in such a time as this.

Please stay up to date via www.bom.gov.au and follow all official advice.
