It’s been a big few weeks of late.
Family, lots of kids, work, fun, laughter and a lil sickness to throw a spin into things.
But we all still have to eat so here’s a lil snippet of the things we had been making.

A very productive afternoon in the kitchen today, getting kids snacks sorted, 48mini muffins, 12 big muffins, chocolate slices, caramel slice and cakes made for a birthday on the weekend.
Double lots of dinner meals were also made.

After surviving the chaos of moving, I'm back in the swing of things - just managed to attend a family wedding down south and not completely screw up the first week of school. On my downtime, I've been whipping up a storm in the kitchen, churning out goodies like a large moussaka, sausage rolls, cheese and bacon scrolls, banana bread, brownies, mini muffins, and zucchini slice - because baking is my therapy.
Im also now ready to book in those demos for those who would like to see the tm7 in action

After some much needed time away from my thermomix to be with my family during and after our dads passing, it’s time to get back into the kitchen and get backing and inspiring once again.
The kitchen is my happy place, I love to bake and cook delicious wholesome meals.
Im in the midst of making meals for harvest at the moment and with Christmas coming up in just 44 days I’ll be making some delicious treats to be shared with loved ones.
