Let me re-introduce myself & what I do ☀️

I’ve got about 4 months left till I go into my pregnancy cocoon and transform into a mother of two.

I have a few spaces left for Doula support and 1:1 coaching, as well as launching the next intake of Grounded Mamahood and a few spaces for one off sessions.

And who who knows, my creative juices are flowing with being pregnant so there may just be a few other things popping up along the way 🤫

Birth trauma and postpartum depression in Dads is more common than you realise.

No one really talks about the massive toll birth can have on your partner.

Seeing you in pain and feeling like nothing they do is helping.

Having to be your gatekeeper to ensure you decisions are being respected.

Suppressing their own needs of food and toilet breaks because they can’t fathom leaving you.

Having to watch and listen to everything play out all the whole thinking ‘I’ve got no idea what the f is going on or what I’m doing.’

Plus so much more.

Dads need that support too, just like Mums do.

So Mums, if you want your partner to be able to give you exactly what you need in birth, make sure he has what he needs too.
