This event encourages employees and employers to prioritise regular walking as part of their daily routines, promoting mental health and workplace wellbeing!

How to Participate:
⚫️Walk to/from work: Replace your commute with walking.
⚫️Active Transport: If you drive, park 1–2 km away.
⚫️Lunchtime Walks: Take a 30-minute walk during the day.
⚫️Walking Meetings: Replace seated meetings with walking, or use stairs instead of lifts.
