My name is Cath Dalle and it is a pleasure to welcome you here.

Mindful Body is everything I love mixed together. Holistic massage, supported by personalised therapeutic yoga is a perfect combination.

I have been a massage therapist since nearly 20 years. After working in stressful business environment , managing teams over tight deadlines, I was ready for a change. How much more rewarding it is to relax and relieve tensions instead of stressing up everyone! Therapeutic touch is amazing, you will feel and see the difference in your posture. This is not just relaxation, it is unwinding to a deeper level. This combined with personalised exercice and yoga poses to improve your posture and prevent chronic pain to come back is the perfect combination. For me it is about embodiement, feeling fully connected in your body, whilst acknowledging the importance of the mind.

When I am not massaging or teaching, you will find me at the beach. Because for me nature is the best way to connect back to my essence, either in or out of the water.
