We are absolutely thrilled to announce that, thanks to the generous support of Parenting Connection WA, we are bringing our specialized family programs to Geraldton in 2026!
Are you navigating the beautiful (and busy!) world of having both a baby and a toddler? We know how hard it can be to find a space that truly caters to your entire family, which is why we’ve designed a program where you are all truly welcome.
What to Expect:
* Bonding Time: Enjoy dedicated time with your littlest one learning the soothing art of baby massage.
* Crèche Support: While you focus on baby, your toddler will be safely entertained and engaged in our on-site crèche.
* Family Connection: After the massage, your toddler can join you both for a fun and relaxing session of family yoga.
If you have a baby, you are welcome to sign up for either of these wonderful programs!
We are so incredibly grateful for this funding, which allows us to create such a supportive and joyful environment for our local community. We are going to have so much fun, and we would love for you to be a part of it.

My name is Cath Dalle and it is a pleasure to welcome you here.

Mindful Body is everything I love mixed together. Holistic massage, supported by personalised therapeutic yoga is a perfect combination.

I have been a massage therapist since nearly 20 years. After working in stressful business environment , managing teams over tight deadlines, I was ready for a change. How much more rewarding it is to relax and relieve tensions instead of stressing up everyone! Therapeutic touch is amazing, you will feel and see the difference in your posture. This is not just relaxation, it is unwinding to a deeper level. This combined with personalised exercice and yoga poses to improve your posture and prevent chronic pain to come back is the perfect combination. For me it is about embodiement, feeling fully connected in your body, whilst acknowledging the importance of the mind.

When I am not massaging or teaching, you will find me at the beach. Because for me nature is the best way to connect back to my essence, either in or out of the water.
