So very excited to finally be posting this! NORA tea blend, now available from my website!
A labour of love that has come about from my own needs during pregnancy. After being told that my pelvic pain, restless leg and varicosities were just “part of pregnancy” by a health professional, and still with 10 weeks to go, I was desperate for some sort of relief. My beautiful midwife suggested I try NORA tea! 🫖 My symptoms improved significantly and I felt (and slept) better at 38 weeks pregnant than I did at 28!
After experiencing the benefits of this blend, but unable to source an organic version, I decided this was an offering I needed to provide women. Because uncomfortable and painful pregnancy symptoms shouldn’t just be “part of pregnancy”. I hope this finds those who need it ❤️

I don’t feel like I was adequately warned about the transition from one to two! Now 9 weeks into this new chapter, I’m finding my fuse is blown before the day has even begun.

My old coping mechanisms (running and dopamine cooking) are no longer viable with the demands of this new chapter of motherhood. So, I’m on a mission to find realistic ways to regulate my nervous system which work for us as a family.
