Our Story

Juliana Scopel has been in Australia since 2009. She became a Physiotherapist in 2008 graduated by UNESC - University of Extreme South Catarinense – SC/Brazil. In the same year she also gained her qualification as a Pilates Instructor through Centre of Medicine in Sports – Florianopolis-SC/Brazil and started her career in Rehabilitation through Pilates and Exercise. After Moving Permanently to Australia Juliana had the language barrier and only started teaching Pilates again in 2013. When not teaching she works as a mum of two beautiful girls. She took Pilates training through Polestar - Sydney updating her teaching skills and improving Customer Service in 2017/2018. Every year Juliana undertakes workshops to keep her teaching in a high level of quality. Living in the beautiful Gerroa NSW now she teaches Pilates classes at her own Studio current in Gerroa due to Covid-19 restrictions, only taking one one lessons. Her Inspiration for all the work comes from the ocean, her main passion - Surfing - everyday if possible!!
