Tai Chi Evening Classes – Now Open for Booking
Due to interest in our morning classes, evening Tai Chi sessions are now available in Gingin.
These classes focus on Chen-style Tai Chi, a traditional practice that improves balance, mobility, strength and relaxation through slow, flowing movements and breathing techniques.
🗓 Starting Tuesday 17th March
⏰ 6:30pm – 7:30pm
📍 Gingin Gym
Classes are suitable for all ages and experience levels, including complete beginners.
Tai Chi is known to help improve:
• balance and coordination
• joint mobility and flexibility
• strength and posture
• relaxation and stress reduction
Bookings are now open online.
Spaces are limited, so please book your spot in advance.
Bring water, wear comfortable clothing, and flat supportive shoes. or ( bare foot )
